Building Inspector Needed for Consulting Assignment in Stockholm

We are currently looking for an experienced building inspector for a consulting assignment with our client in Stockholm.

• Scope: Full-time 100%
• Duration: Until 2026-10-30

You will be employed by Poolia but will work on-site with our client. There are good opportunities for remote work by agreement with the client.

About the Position

Our client is in need of an additional resource to relieve the regular staff.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Conduct technical consultations, issue start and completion certificates.
• Perform site visits and supervision during the construction process.
• Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and decisions.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Good experience working independently as a building inspector with at least two years of handling experience.
• Documented knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act, BBR, and PBL.
• Very good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Relevant education for carrying out the assignment. The client reserves the right to assess what can be considered relevant education.
